Authentication fails if user was added to NoMachine DB in the CMD or Powershell
When user sets the following keys in the server.cfg:
EnableUserDB 1
EnablePasswordDB 1
users created using nxserver --useradd [USER] and passwords changed using nxserver --passwd [USER] in the Windows CommandLine or PowerShell will fail to authenticate using created username and password.
Problem does not exist when same commands to create user is executed on cygwin.
