With some antivirus programs transferred files are not properly quarantined
Antivirus log and quarantine report that the transferred file is captured and quarantined, but the file (or part of it) remains in place.
This behaviour occurs with antivirus: ESET Server Security for Linux, Version 9.1 (9.1.91.0) but it's not reproducible with ESET NOD32 Antivirus for Linux Desktop 4.0.96.
