The multi node setup is made of CS1-> CS2 -> few EDs
On CS2, some EDs nodes are added to a node group, while some other EDs don't belong to a group.

When accessing the Nodes panel in the UI on CS2, the administrator should see the group of ED nodes + the other EDs not belonging to a group. The same should be displayed in the output of the 'nxserver --nodelist' command issued on CS2.

When accessing the Clouds panel in the UI on CS2, the administrator should see only the parent cloud server, CS1. The group of ED nodes is instead also shown.
