In a session connected to the remote Windows desktop, the mouse cursor is not visible in some text editors like Notepad. This problem has been reproduced when the remote screen resolution is high, for example 3840x2160.

A possible workaround is changing pointer colors, for example by choosing the "Inverted" option in the Windows settings. This workaround is persistent also after reboot and for each NoMachine connection. The limitation is that such option doesn't work globally, but only for a single user account.
