MATE panels are missing in web sessions

Top and bottom panels of MATE desktop are not displayed in a web session as soon as the NoMachine welcome panel is closed.

As a workaround, open NoMachine 'Advanced display' options (even if you don't need to change anything), and
then close the Welcome window.
