How to delete my NoMachine account?
What happens when I delete my account?
Deleting your account means that specific services will immediately no longer be made available to you:
- You will no longer be able to access, or login to, the NoMachine Network service.
- If you have an active NoMachine Network subscription, you will no longer be able to connect with it.
- You will no longer be able to login to the NoMachine website and access its services where login is required.
- Use of NoMachine's 2FA service with your account will not be possible.
If you own active NoMachine Enterprise product subscriptions, they will still be valid until they expire.
When you delete your account, your data related to two-factor authentication, subscription details, and billing information is permanently deleted after 30 days. You will not be able to create a new account with the same e-mail address. Some of your personal information is retained for essential purposes such as complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our policies. The exact retention period will thus depend on the categories of personal data and the processing purposes.
