Limits on number of Support Contacts explained
As per the NoMachine Subscription and Support Agreement, https://www.nomachine.com/licensing/nomachine-subscription-and-support-agreement, customers are entitled to add a given number of Support Contacts in their User Area based on the number of installed Enterprise server subscriptions:

| 1-25 | 2 |
| 26-50 | 3 |
| 51-100 | 4 |
| 101-250 | 6 |
| 251-500 | 8 |
| 501+ | 12 |
