With NVIDIA drivers v591.44 and newer, H.264 HW encoding is not available in NoMachine sessions

NoMachine sessions fall back to use H.264 software encoding when the NVIDIA GPU on the server host uses NVIDIA drivers version 591.44 or newer.

NoMachine logs report:

NvValidateGUID: WARNING! GUID for preset is invalid.

As a temporary workaround, until NoMachine updates the SDK version in use, is to downgrade the version of NVIDIA drivers.
