CA could be not available for connections by NX protocol in multinode environments
It could be not possible to use a CA (Certificate authority) for connections by NX protocol in multinode environments, between server and one of its nodes (like in a ETS + ETSN environment) and between two servers (like with a cloud server and one of its nodes or between two cluster pairs).
When this occurs, server logs report a message like:
NX> 500 ERROR: Cannot retrieve certificate. Cannot connect using protocol NX on port 4000.
