The pipe key may be not transmitted in session (Japanese keyboard)
With Japanese JIS 106/109 keyboard on client side, the pipe key ( | ) is not transmitted into the NoMachine session. Server is on Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS, with Japanese keyboard layout.
As a temporary workaround, it's possible to remap another key using xmodmap, for example:
xmodmap -e 'keysym 0 = 0 bar'
