When a user owns a NoMachine Network Personal subscription which allows for one connection, and has a running Network session, after that he/she switches the wi-fi or loses Internet connection for a moment, the session tries to reconnect and an error about reaching the limit of concurrent Network connections is issued:

"Your current NoMachine Network subscription only allows one connection, at any given time, and that limit has already been reached. Please disconnect from the other session to be able to connect."

In this case, the user needs to close the nxplayer window, waits a moment and then create a new session.
