Understanding your support entitlements
This document gives an overview of the support entitlements that are provided to NoMachine registered customers and NoMachine free users.
Registered NoMachine customers with active subscriptions
Registered NoMachine customers with active subscriptions are entitled to technical assistance from the NoMachine Support Team. For any NoMachine related issue, we invite our customers to submit their Support Enquiry by logging in to their Customer Area.

Registered NoMachine customers with expired subscriptions
Registered NoMachine customers that have an expired subscription but would like us to investigate a technical issue are kindly asked to either renew their subscription, either purchase a Pay-Per-Incident: https://store.nomachine.com/product/pay-per-incident/
As an alternative, they may refer to our Support page: https://www.nomachine.com/support
NoMachine free users
Users that are evaluating NoMachine software, or using the free edition of NoMachine, and need assistance can refer to our Support page to see if their question is answered there.
