Changing the registration details of my license key

By logging into the customer area, customers can modify their own billing and support contact information.

It is not possible to alter the registered name (company or individual) in the customer area. A name change  is permitted in special circumstances such as at the time of purchasing an error was made in the spelling of the licensee/company name. This has to be communicated as soon as possible from the date of receiving the key. Reassigning licenses needs to be communicated to our HQ offices with legal proof of the transfer of assets to the new company/persona.
