Are NoMachine for Enterprise products available as evaluation software?
Yes, all Enterprise software is available for evaluation for 30 days. The software can be freely downloaded from the NoMachine website and activated using a license file, which is obtained separately. The software does not include its own evaluation license file (previously it did). The license file can be generated for the product you are interested in from your User Area. You will therefore require a NoMachine account in order to get access to the Evaluation Key Generation tool on the website.
Evaluation license files function online, this means they are validated through the NoMachine licensing server. If you need to use NoMachine in an air-gapped set-up and do not have access to the internet, you will require a different kind of license, in that case our sales team can help.

The steps to follow are:
- - Download the software you want to trial for your OS
- - Create an account if you didn't do so already, login on the website, and go to your User Area > Enterprise > Evaluations panel
- - Select the product and OS you would like to generate the license for
- - You will receive an email including instructions on how to install the license and with the key attached, but you can also download the key from the UA
- - Install the software as per the instructions obtainable from the website and in the email you received previously
- - Upload the license key you received when prompted
It's possible to generate an evaluation license file once per product, per OS. If you need to extend this period, please contact our sales team.
