What to do when nxserver does not start with 'Thread creation failed' error
If the nxserver does not start and the following thread error is logged
"...Thread: ERROR! Thread creation failed..."
"...Thread: ERROR! Error is 11 'Resource temporarily unavailable'"
the limits set in /etc/security/limits.conf may have to be adjusted.
