Mouse cursor disappears in NoMachine VNC virtual desktops on Ubuntu 18.04
When the user is connected to a VNC virtual desktop hosted on Ubuntu 18.04, if he/she moves the mouse cursor inside the NoMachine window while the left mouse button is pressed on, the cursor disappears.
This problem is caused by the lack of the XFixes extension in the X Window System.
