Sessions cannot be started because of 'descriptor out of range' error
When this problem occurs, server log reports errors similar to:
11048 14632 10:27:46 811.110 Io/Io: ERROR! Descriptor FD#72728 out of range in method 'socket' context [A].
This problem has been reproduced on Windows and Linux and could happen also on macOS platforms.
