There may appear to be a problem of general reliability of NoMachine Web Player connections to both plain servers and cloud servers, in Firefox, with random Web sessions disconnections and reconnections with no apparent reason.

Found this problem to be due to the way Firefox handles the option named "HW acceleration". By turning this "HW acceleration" option off, in Firefox, the problem doesn't show anymore.

It's unclear why this problem is happening. We have also observed that the Chrome browser doesn't show this behavior.

To disable "HW acceleration" in Firefox:

1) Open Firefox -> Preferences menu
2) In the General panel, scroll down till the Performance section and uncheck option 'Use recommended performance settings'.
3) Then uncheck option 'Use hardware acceleration when available'.
4) Exit from Firefox and restart it as usual.
