Cancelling a subscription purchased online with recurring payment
Revoking a recurring payment in your User Area will cancel your subscription. The revoke must be received at least 7 days before payment is due in order to remove your subscription from the next billing cycle and to avoid future charges. If you cancel your subscription, it continues until the end of your already paid subscription term, after which it ends and no longer renews.

Go to the NoMachine User Area and login. Select the Network or Enterprise tab according to the subscription type you wish to revoke recurring payment for.

Find the subscription you want to cancel and select 'View'

Click Revoke. An email will be sent which includes a link for you to confirm your cancellation. You must click the link to finalize the cancellation. Recurring payment will be revoked once you have confirmed.

Canceling a subscription which does not have recurring payment
You can cancel it by reaching out to us directly by opening a ticket in your User Area, or using the contact request form: https://www.nomachine.com/contact-request. You can also reply to the renewal reminder that is automatically issued notifying us of your intention to no longer renew.
