Purchasing a subscription covers your use of the server product you are using (such as Enterprise Terminal Server + Enterprise Terminal Server Nodes, Small Business Terminal Server and so on) along with Enterprise Client issues.
You can't use your subscription for Enterprise Terminal Server to receive support for a Terminal Server installation you might have. Customers should read the overview of each subscription type to know exactly what is covered concerning support issues.
