FreeNX software is based, to a great extent, on the same software on which are based the NoMachine NX products, i.e. the NX Core, and therefore most technical details and trouble-shooting information can apply to both software. By checking the NoMachine Knowledge Base, it's likely that you will find the answer to most of your questions. That said, NoMachine, is a commercial company which bases its revenues on developing the NX software and on supporting its paying customers. While we support the NX developers, we can't directly support users implementing FreeNX at their sites.

FreeNX has established an outstanding community of users and developers and free resources are available to help users to setup the software and to answer even the most tricky technical questions.
