What is NoMachine's refund policy after purchasing a subscription?
Evaluation before purchase
All NoMachine products are available in evaluation format, allowing you to fully test them before purchasing.
Software products are available as fully functional 30-day trials (see here for details on how to activate it), while NoMachine Network is available as a 7-day Personal trial when you create an account, allowing you to try the service with your chosen software.
We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to helping our customers achieve a successful deployment. At the same time, we recognize that our software may not meet every requirement or function as expected in every environment. This is why we strongly encourage thorough testing during the trial period to ensure the solution fits your needs before making a purchase.
Refund eligibility and time limits
Refund requests are considered within 14 days of purchase. Before a refund can be approved, you must first open a support ticket through your User Area and allow our Support Team an opportunity to investigate and attempt to resolve any issue. Refund requests should include detailed information explaining the reasons for the request.
If you encounter a technical issue that renders the software unusable and our Support Team is unable to resolve it, you will be eligible for a full refund, provided that the refund request is submitted within the 14-day refund period.

Illegitimate refund requests
Refunds will not be granted solely because you decide not to use the purchased software subscription. We strongly encourage customers to make full use of the available evaluation versions before purchasing a subscription to ensure that the selected product meets their requirements. Customers are also expected to review the product information, features, and system requirements prior to purchase and to make an informed decision regarding the suitability of the software for their intended use.
Incompatibility with third-party products or software
Our software is tested with hundreds of third party programs to guarantee its compatibility. For obvious reasons we cannot guarantee compatibility with every application or software available on the market. Refund requests based solely on incompatibility with third-party software are generally not accepted. If you have found an incompatibility or technical issue caused by conflict between NoMachine software and another program, please open a support ticket and allow our Support Team to investigate for a potential solution.
