How to retrieve logs from an iOS mobile device
If you can connect your iPad or iPhone to a macOS, you can select it among Locations in Finder, then drag and drop the folder 'nx' in Files > NoMachine after reproducing the issue.
More in detail, on the macOS:
- Connect the device
- Open Finder
- Select the device name in the left pane, under Locations
- Select the Files group
- Explode NoMachine item
- Drag and drop the 'nx' folder
Alternatively, you can open the Files application, select Browse > NoMachine, then compress and share the folder 'nx'.
More in detail, on the device:
- Start Files app
- Tap Browse
- Tap NoMachine
- Tap and hold the 'nx' folder to compress it
- Select the compressed archive and share it
