Can the NoMachine NX client run from a USB flash drive?

Starting from version 1.5.0, all the NoMachine NX Clients should run from a USB flash drive without any problems. It should be enough to copy the installation directory (for example "/usr/NX" on Unix or "C:\Program Files\NX Client for Windows" on Windows) onto a flash drive and click on the icon from there. The client will automatically configure itself to use the programs and settings from the drive, without requiring any installation on the main hard-disk. Additionally, the client configuration offers the possibility to select the location where the configuration files are saved (Configure -> Environment -> User NX directory and System NX directory), so that users should be able to adapt the client to work in any possible setup.

NoMachine has in program to add a specific USB flash image in future. This USB flash will include clients for all platforms, automatic selection of the binaries based on the architecture and a user friendly method to select and synchronize session configuration files from different locations.
