After purchasing a subscription for any NoMachine Enterprise product, you will receive a confirmation email from NoMachine containing your license key and details about your subscription. Your license key is also available in your User Area, along with the software package for download. To access your User Area, login here.

 

To download the software, navigate to Enterprise > Downloads and select the desired software package.

 

During installation, you will be prompted to upload your license file.

To retrieve your license, go to Enterprise > Downloads > Active Subscriptions, locate the subscription under the Products table, and download or view your license file in the box labeled License.

Once the license is installed, the software should activate immediately.
