Yes, you can. Implementing NX in similar scenarios is in the NoMachine's roadmap. NoMachine will leverage these technologies to provide advanced functionalities, like migration of sessions, including the whole set of running applications and file-systems from one machine to another, or to increase the scalability of a single server, implemented as a Single System Image cluster.

NoMachine plans to build such functionalities into "products", by offering mangeability and ease of administration. Such functionalities, anyway, can be mostly built leveraging the current NX software and NoMachine is aware of customers that are presently using UML and OpenMosix to build custom solution, targeted at specific problems.
