Do I have to buy the product to report a bug?

Bug reports are always welcome and we really appreciate the help of users and evaluators of the NoMachine software, even when this help is coming from people that don't appear to be registered customers. When a bug is reported, and the bug is easy to reproduce, we make sure we open a record in our Trouble Report database and queue it for resolution, according to the current development priorities. Bugs always have precedence over the development of new features, so that users can be confident that NoMachine is doing its best to improve the quality and the reliability of the software at any new release. Bug reports from non-registered users can be submitted via our Contact Request form here:

https://www.nomachine.com/contact-request

and they will be queued up for investigation according to their severity. If you wish to submit your bug report, you will need to provide as much information as possible: https://www.nomachine.com/AR08C00241

Unfortunately, it's not always possible to determine if a reported problem is a bug, a misconfiguration or an incompatibility with the specific setup or with the other software running on the system. In most cases, determining if the problem is actually a bug and investigating the possible solutions requires a time-expensive process, one which our business model understandably reserves for our subscribed customers.
