If you are already the owner of a Customer Id in this format NMCLMxxxxx (or similar) and you've been using this to log in on the NoMachine website, it means that your email address address is already registered with us and you do not need to create a NoMachine account. On the website you can log in with your Customer Id or your email address associated with your account (this is your User Id). In the NoMachine User Interface, if you wish to access some of the services associated with NoMachine Network, such as two-factor authentication, you must log in with your User Id.
