Which packages are available in the User Area?

Enterprise packages can be downloaded from the section 'Enterprise' in the the User Area. It hosts server side packages tied to your license plus the Enterprise Client packages for Windows, Linux and Mac. Server packages available in the User Area depend on the license type and version you have acquired. Such packages can be downloaded whilst the license is valid.

Once the license has expired, only NoMachine Enterprise Client packages will continue to be available for download since they are not linked to the customer's license.

License version and correspondent package version in the User Area

1) If you own a license v. 9, you will find: packages v.9

2) If you own a license v. 8, you will find: packages v.8 and v.9.  Click the product you would like to download in your list of products, there you will find a link pointing to the earlier version.

3) If you still own a license v. 7, now considered legacy, you will find: packages v. 7, v.8 and v.9. Click the product you would like to download in your list of products, there you will find a link pointing to the earlier version.

You will always find the latest package of a specific version in your User Area. If a different version is necessary for very specific reasons, you may contact the Support Team by opening a Support Enquiry from your User Area or the Sales Team by opening a Contact Request.

License and Operating System

Server licenses for Linux are not tied to the distribution.

You are entitled to download two copies of the last server package for each server license you own. Only if strictly necessary, you may click on the 'Send request' button to ask our Sales Team to re-enable the link.
