Propagation of profile rules from the cloud server doesn't work if the node is a Workstation
Rules set for example to manage clipboard or session recording on the cloud server are not propagated to Workstation nodes (tested with Workstation v8.3.1, 8.2.3 and 7.6.2). They are instead propagated to Enterprise Terminal Server nodes.
