Installing NoMachine server v8.15 on Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS ARM on Raspberry Pi 5 causes an abnormal CPU usage with a gnome-shell process spiking around 100% of CPU.

Problem has been reproduced on ARM but it can happen also on Linux Intel.

As a temporary workaround, execute in a local terminal:

sudo /etc/NX/nxserver --eglcapture no

Then, restart the desktop manager or logout from the desktop and login again.
