NoMachine server doesn't start when it's installed in a logical drive on Windows

When NoMachine is installed in a directory mounted as a drive, the server fails to start.

This problem has been reproduced on Windows 10, Windows 7 and windows 8.1.

The nxserver.log reported:

1764 1780 18:13:07 484 main: ERROR! Error: Server exec failed.
[...]
ERROR! Cannot open file 'C:\ProgramData\NoMachine\var\db\server\port'.
Error: Error is 32 Broken pipe.
[...]
3132 3176 18:13:08 124 nxexecExecServer: ERROR! Cannot execute nxserver process.

As a temporary solution, install NoMachine in a directory on the physical drive.

A similar problem occurs also on some Windows 10 installations when Win32 API call returns path in lower case.
