Hardware keyboard doesn't work correctly on iPad
When using an hardware keyboard connected to the iPad, some keys (e.g. arrow keys, modifiers) are not correctly detected and sent to the remote desktop, while everything works correctly in the app interface (e.g. configuration, authentication, etc).
As a workaround, start the connection by simply tapping on the connection file and without interacting with other input fields. When you are successfully connected, then you can start using the external keyboard.
