Windows privileges are not set when the nx user's profile cannot be loaded
When the profile for the nx user cannot be loaded on Windows for some reasons (usually this depends on a system configuration), the installation or the upgrade procedure don't set the required privileges for that user. As a consequence, the server installation doesn't work properly and sessions cannot be connected.
