The resolution set in the Display settings slider is ignored on following connections
The resolution slider in Display settings menu reports all resolutions matching the aspect ratio of the current remote desktop. By moving the slider the desktop is resized to the matching resolution, but such setting is ignored when disconnecting and connecting again to the same desktop.
As a workaround check the Use custom resolution box and set the desired geometry in the W/H input fields.
