NoMachine client hangs on Windows
This problem is not consistently reproducible, sometimes (e.g. once a week) the client on Windows hangs without any apparent reason. The client windows report 'Not responding'.
Closing the client (Quit NoMachine player from the !M menu in the system tray) and reconnecting the session should restore the client.
The problem has been confirmed to be reproducible on some HP notebooks (like EliteBook x360 830 G7 or Elitebook x360 1040 G8) using a Wacom touch screen with pen, and the hang occurs in the Wacom driver. This means that the problem cannot be solved in the NoMachine code and we recommend to contact the Wacom support for possible solutions.
Disabling the service Wacom ISD Service works around the problem.
