Rule set for a node group may not work properly in a cloud server environment
Rule set on the cloud server for a node group (--node-group option) may not work properly. Additionally there is a cosmetic problem: the label to qualify the node-group in the output of 'nxserver --rulelist', reports 'server-group' instead of 'node-group'. It should also display the name of the group and not the UUID.
