A per-node basis rule could be not displayed in the output of 'nxerver --rulelist'
This problem occurs with NoMachine server v10.0. When a rule is added for class 'node' and with type 'some_nodegroup', the rule is created but it is not displayed in the output of 'nxserver --rulelist'.
