USB devices stop working after update from v7 to v8 on Windows

Trouble report closed. This issue cannot be reproduced in version 8.11.3.

Installing NoMachine Windows Enterprise Client 8.2.3_4 over working EC 7.10 ends up with a system with all USB devices disfunctional.
Possible workarounds are:
1. Uninstall and go back to Enterprise Client 7.10
or
2. Remove the problematic registry entry: «HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\36fc9e60-c465-11cf-8056-444553540000\UPPERFILTERS»
