How to renew your subscription

Renewing your subscription on time is important because when your subscription expires, in the case of Enterprise Subscription remote desktop connections will no longer be possible, and in the case of Network Subscriptions, you will no longer be able to connect using the Machine Id of the remote computer.

Renewing can be done in the following ways:

Renewing through recurring payment
If you purchased using a credit card in the NoMachine store, renewals are automatic because all store purchase have recurring payments, and you are billed each month or year according to the subscription(s) you purchased.

Renewing via a NoMachine center
If purchasing in the store is not an option for you, you may choose one of our sales centers. Please contact us via the form at Contact Us and your request will be forwarded on to the appropriate sales center.

Renewing via a NoMachine Partner
Depending on your location, currency of choice, and time zone you may choose to renew via one of our partners.
