Renewing your subscription on time is important because when your subscription expires. In the case of software subscriptions, remote desktop connections will no longer be possible, and in the case of Network Subscriptions, you will no longer be able to connect using the Machine Id of the remote computer.

You can renew your NoMachine subscription at any time, even after it has expired, and continue using the NoMachine software and services as before. 
 

Renewing can be done in the following ways:

Renewing through recurring payment
If you purchased your subscription with a credit card through the NoMachine Store, it will renew automatically. Credit card purchases are recurring, so you will be billed monthly or annually based on the subscription plan you selected.

Renewing through your User Area
If you don't have recurring payment activated, you can go to your User Area and follow the instructions there to login. Please note that for yearly subscriptions, either for NoMachine servers and the NoMachine Network service, you have a renewal period of 60 days before and after the expected expiry. Beyond those 60 days, it will be necessary to renew via a NoMachine sales center. For monthly subscriptions for NoMachine Network the renewal period is 7 days before and after the expected expiry.

If purchasing through the NoMachine Store is not an option, you can place your order through one of our sales centers. Simply contact us using the Contact Us form, and we will forward your request to the appropriate sales center.
