How do I renew my subscription?
Important information to know about NoMachine Subscriptions for NoMachine 9 and later
Subscription terms for NoMachine 9 and later
With the release of NoMachine 9, we’ve introduced a simplified and more convenient licensing model. Traditional on-premises licenses have been re-placed with online licenses.
What are online licenses?
Online licenses are managed through NoMachine’s centralized online licensing server. This includes Enterprise Subscriptions. The subscription file you receive is installed once on the NoMachine server host.

What are on-prem licenses?
On-prem licenses for NoMachine Enterprise software expire and must be replaced at each expiry. If you are a customer with NoMachine v8 installations, you are using this type of license file. They are also available for NoMachine 9 upon special request. On-prem licenses cannot be purchased through the NoMachine store. Customers who prefer to use on-prem licenses must purchase them from a NoMachine sales office. Please contact us at sales@nomachine.com.

How do I renew my NoMachine Enterprise or Network Subscription from NoMachine 9 and later?
Starting from the release of NoMachine 9, purchasing a new NoMachine subscription from the NoMachine Store using a credit card means no action is required on your part when your subscription term expires.Your subscription will renew automatically, and you will be billed at each renewal—this means recurring payments are enabled by default.

For all other payment methods or on-premise licenses
If you paid via another method (e.g. bank transfer, PayPal or PO) or are using on-premise licenses, you must contact a NoMachine sales office directly to renew. Subscriptions for on-premise licenses cannot be purchased through the NoMachine Store. For assistance, contact us at: sales@nomachine.com

If you are a returning customer and prefer to continue using a version 8 license, these are still available upon request. Please reach out to sales@nomachine.com to make this request.
