With the release of NoMachine 9, subscriptions purchased from the NoMachine Store using a credit card as a payment method are set to renew automatically. The renewal fee will be automatically charged to your credit card, meaning that recurring payments are enabled by default. You can easily disable recurring payments through your User Area by following the instructions provided here.

 

If you previously purchased a subscription by Purchase Order, bank transfer, or PayPal and would like to renew it, follow these steps:

 

    • Log in to your User Area.

    • Select Network or Software, depending on your subscription type.

    • Select Active Subscriptions

    • Select the subscription you wish to renew.

    • Click Renewal. This button is available for 60 days before and 60 days after the subscription expiry date.

    • Click Continue and proceed to payment.
