Important information about your subscription

The Subscription Confirmation mail you receive after purchasing a NoMachine product contains essential details about your subscription, so please keep it in a safe place for future reference. Your subscription starts on the purchase date if bought through the Online Store, or on the processing date if purchased via a NoMachine Sales Center, an official Partner, or a reseller. It remains active for the entire duration of your contract term.
 
Accessing your subscription details

Submitting a Support Enquiry for technical assistance
Customers with a valid NoMachine subscription are entitled to technical assistance from the NoMachine Support Team. To submit a support request, log in to your NoMachine Use Area, navigate to the Support section, and select Enquiries to open a ticket.
 
All NoMachine subscriptions include Standard Support by default. The response time for Standard Support is within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, from 9am - 6pm CET. This service provides web-based support through the NoMachine support portal only. Premium and Mission-level customers, who are entitled to phone-based support in addition to the standard web-based support through the NoMachine website, should refer to the article below:
